A generative AI virtual agent named AiG has been deployed by flag carrier airline Air India. It handles over 6,000 queries a day in four languages. It was launched in March 2023 and has successfully answered over 5 lakh customer queries so far.
Microsoft is preparing for its fourth data center region to go live soon. With data centers in collaboration with Jio, Microsoft claims to have more datacenter areas in the country than any other cloud provider.
